At T-Mobile’s Tech Experience, I had sole charge of the design, writing, and article proposal for the monthly newsletters that was sent out to TE’s internal and external partners. I worked closely with stakeholders and SME’s to create informative and concise pieces, including ghost written messages from our program director. These newsletters were instrumental in driving engagement with TE’s centers including visits, applications for collaboration, and keeping our partner’s up to date on TE’s innovations.
